What's the Plan, Jan?
Some of you may know what you want to for your career. This will make this process easier but we still want you to go through the following steps for this research process.
I. Set up your portfolio
Use your same username and password that you use to get into your FirstClass mail. Remember to KISS!
II. Reality Check
This will help you figure out just how much it will cost to live as you would like.
Make sure you write down your Monthly and Yearly costs.
III. Do the Occupation Match.
Only choose the 2 or 3 criteria that you most want and the 2 or 3 criteria you want to avoid.
IV. Compare your top 2 choices.
Check out your two favorite or the two that are most opposite or the two that sound most feasible.
Read through each of the areas that describe these careers:
Highlight 5-7 reasons why tihs would be a great job for you. Do the same for the other choice. Use the compare feature to do a side by side look concentrating on the aspects that you highlighted.
